Release.All.Stress also known as R.A.S CHI Meditation is a Genre of Meditation Created by Havard and F.I.U Certified Coach Sir-William Cofield. It is more than just mindfulness mediation, RAS CHI Meditation puts focus on the science of the meditation practices. Each technique has been studied to enhance the brain performance apart from the spiritual benefits that come with Meditation. There is huge emphasis on our gratitude mediation which we call "GRATITATION" this is emphasized because we understand that gratitude is the frequency in which we are able to quickly manifest that which we desire. "Studies show that people are not just feeling better because they are spending time relaxing. Harvard-affiliated researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) reported they found structural differences between the brains of experienced meditation practitioners and individuals with no history of meditation, observing thickening of the cerebral cortex in areas associated with attention and emotional integration. Meditation group participants reported spending an average of 27 minutes each day practicing mindfulness exercises, and their responses to a mindfulness questionnaire indicated significant improvements compared with pre-participation responses. The analysis of MR images, which focused on areas where meditation-associated differences were seen in earlier studies, found increased gray-matter density in the hippocampus, known to be important for learning and memory, and in structures associated with self-awareness, compassion, and introspection.
