I became certified as a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor in 2016. Yoga stresses on both physical and mental wellness: It is a balance of yin and yang - strength and flexibility; as well as focus of breaths and control of mind. I have tapped into the world of yoga, and I have been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals.
