I teach private classes at your places from 1 person to small groups to even bigger groups.
I pay a lot of attention to my students; the way they move, the wat they think about how they move etc.
The class you take with me doesn't end when we part up. You can contact me at anytime of the week for advices, tips and practice videos.

Individual and small group classes of hatha yoga and reiki sessions
With more than 10 years of committed yoga practice, I am a recently certified yoga instructor and I offer hatha lessons to individuals and small groups. In my classes I include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and I incorporate aspects of the yoga philosophy that would allow the student to have a more clear approach to yoga as a way of life, rather than as an exercise. The classes take place in studio rooms I rent or at the student's space. Depending on the student's preferences and time availability, the class might take from 1h to 1h30'. It is suggested a minimum of 1h15'. Furthermore, since 3 years ago, I am a reiki practitioner and I am offering reiki sessions in my own space. For reiki session, the appointment will be around 1h15'.
