Individual and small group classes of hatha yoga and reiki sessions
With more than 10 years of committed yoga practice, I am a recently certified yoga instructor and I offer hatha lessons to individuals and small groups. In my classes I include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and I incorporate aspects of the yoga philosophy that would allow the student to have a more clear approach to yoga as a way of life, rather than as an exercise. The classes take place in studio rooms I rent or at the student's space. Depending on the student's preferences and time availability, the class might take from 1h to 1h30'. It is suggested a minimum of 1h15'.
Furthermore, since 3 years ago, I am a reiki practitioner and I am offering reiki sessions in my own space. For reiki session, the appointment will be around 1h15'.

About Me
After having worked in various countries as a humanitarian and lawyer specialised in international law, work brought me to Geneva about 2 years ago. It was during my first year that I decided to take my training to become a yoga instructor (TTC). Before that, I was not new to yoga. I am practising for a total of 10 years and I have seen very tangible transformation in my life due to practising. From physical well being to behavioural change, yoga transforms and gives people a tool to live life better.I am now committed in teaching and, while I continue learning myself and exploring, I want to share with others through my classes what incorporating yoga in our lives really means. I will take time to get to know every student and see how I can better accompany them in their practice.
I discovered reiki around 6 years ago and at the beginning I was receiving reiki sessions and strating to feel the potential reiki has to change my quality of life. I believe in its power and I have seen through the last 3 years that I am offering sessions that people have very positive experiences during and after the sessions.
Yoga, as well as reiki, can bring trasformative and sustainable results in our lives, through a steady practise.
Education
My education has been in the legal sector. I am a lawyer with a specialisation in human rights and humanitarian law and have worked in various settings. While continuing my legal work, I have started my path as a yoga instructor through my teacher training and my commitment to continuous education.Experience / Qualifications
