Trusted teacher: I was born in Istanbul in 1983. I started teaching Turkish while studying the Turkish Language and Literature in my undergraduate programme. I worked in a language school and at universities, and I suppose I gained success. 😊 My achievements are directly proportional to my students’ success. I have been teaching Turkish professionally for 14 years. I also taught Turkish for 4 years when I was a university student. I learned Ottoman Turkish at the university, that is why I am familiar Persian and Arabic vocabulary. I also studied Persian, German and Italian grammar. I completed my master's degree in Ottoman history and spent a semester as an Erasmus student at the Turkish Studies Department of Leiden University. A basic but correct conversation is really important for self-confidence in any language. If a learner can master basic sentence forms, the rest will come much easier. On the other hand, making mistakes is also very important. Especially, a learner can not speak without making a mistake the first and second time. My students are always varied and have diverse learning skills. My professionalism also allows me to tailor language education according to individual interests, needs, and capacities. In the classroom, I hold firm three main principles: first, providing a comfortable environment, second, creating an encouraging atmosphere, and third, establishing a collaborative instruction model. I consider that I developed an aptitude for making learning Turkish much easier, more enjoyable, and more practical for my students. I use a book prepared by a university in Turkey. I share the pdf version of the book for my lessons. I also adapt the materials according to the learner’s needs and support the book with my authentic materials. Even though I use a communicative approach, all my lessons are guided by a solid knowledge of grammar. If you want to speak Turkish well, please get in touch with me. It is fun, and we will smile during the lesson!

Hello, I'm an enthusiastic English teacher with 4 years of experience. I'm looking for online learners eager to improve their English level. I have some background about various fields like business, journalism and Tourism. I'm fond of teaching as it is the only way through which I can communicate the love of English with my students. I will do my best to make my students' level in English great not just good. My classes provide lessons that focus on building up the four skills of English; Listening, speaking, Language and writing. The most effective way to boost these skills is to carry out a range of grasping goal-oriented activities based on real-life situations. That's how the students speak the target language comfortably. My lessons consider the students to be the center of the teaching-learning process. In other words, they are given the chance to lead the activities while using the target language without being completely monitored by the teacher. Hello! I’m Zakaria Bhaidka, a dedicated English Language and Literature tutor with experience working with students across GCSE, KS2, KS3, and KS4 levels. I am passionate about helping each student reach their potential and gain a genuine appreciation for English. With experience supporting students of all abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), I take pride in tailoring my approach to fit each learner’s unique needs. I’m familiar with popular resources, like CGP revision guides and key GCSE texts, which I incorporate to make each session effective, enjoyable, and closely aligned with the curriculum. Working with SEN students has taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and creating a supportive learning environment. I’m focused on building confidence and trust, so each student can feel at ease, engaged, and open to learning. My background includes mentoring and tutoring young people as well as taking care of children with special needs while working with SNUFS (special needs under fives). This strengthened my ability to connect with students and make learning approachable. **About the Class** In this class, I provide targeted support for students preparing for their GCSEs or seeking to strengthen their English skills at KS2, KS3, or KS4. My lessons cover critical areas such as reading comprehension, essay writing, creative writing, and analysis, all tailored to each student's abilities and learning style. For GCSE students, I am well-versed in the curriculum and commonly studied texts like *Macbeth*, *An Inspector Calls*, and key poetry anthologies. I integrate these materials into lessons to ensure students not only understand the content but also develop strong exam skills through practice exercises and mock exams. Familiarity with past paper questions allows me to prepare students for exam-style scenarios and boost their confidence. For younger students, I focus on building a strong foundation in reading, grammar, and writing. I design interactive, creative exercises to spark a love of English and critical thinking that will benefit them long-term. For students with SEN, I adapt my teaching techniques to be accessible and flexible, using a variety of learning methods and pacing the sessions in ways that suit each child. My approach is friendly, encouraging, and tailored to support each student in achieving their goals, whether they are looking to boost their grades or grow in their love for the subject. If you’re looking for a committed tutor who understands both the curriculum and the importance of individualized learning, please reach out—I’d love to help your child succeed in English.

Trusted teacher: TECHNOLOGIES FOR LEARNING. Hey, My name is Laurie and I am an independent FLE teacher, graduated in French and Romance languages and literature since 2012. I have five years of experience under my belt (abroad and in Belgium). I have created a teaching method for online courses. The course includes: -The material (articles, videos, exercises from images and texts, grammatical theory, links to the exercises...). I use Google Doc so it's best to have a Gmail address to access it. -The correction of exercises outside of class (the written expressions are corrected outside of class, or with the student, according to his needs). -Access to an application (free) to study vocabulary on your smartphone. -A vocabulary sheet - pronunciation - grammar / conjugation, sent after each course. -If necessary, a vocabulary recording (for beginners). -The realization of online exercises and tests from the sent vocabulary sheets. -Motivation, laughter, good mood :-) My method: - It's based on speaking. -For grammar I use a question/answer method (learned during the training at the CERAN center). -We work on pronunciation with the verbotonal method (exercises for setting your voice, for rhythm, etc.). I might even make you sing! :-) -Everything goes through the spoken word before the written word, but I clearly adapt to the needs of the students. -The course is a little different for children and adolescents: I use interactive games and cards via webcam. See you soon! Laurie NB: Possibility to create an invoice for private individuals or companies.

Talk and Understand Turkish easily and well with Başak who is Experienced and Patient Teacher (Online or In-Person Lessons) (Maltepe)
Başak
I am following a class with Başak to learn turkish. The lessons are held in english. This course covers pronunciation, grammar and free speaking which are also adapted to daily life situations as well as speaking about yourself. I have experienced a very well organized and structured teacher on a professional basis. The teacher gives clear instructions, pays attention to the pronunciation and corrects you when needed, which is crucial for the turkish pronunciation. The course fees contain the tuition as booked and course material as the class is accompanied by a book (workbook and exercise book) and audio files. The books are sent to you in advance, makes it very convenient to take a print out or as a digital version on your tablet/PC/phone. Between the lessons homework will be assigned and checked by her via mail and discussed in the next lesson. So far, I am very happy with the lessons and I am also confident that I will improve my turkish steadily in the future with her. Thanks

Private violin lessons, Music Theory, Technical and Musical Skills (Paris)
Ester
My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia
