My yoga classes are relaxing and energizing. They are based on Hatha and Kundalini styles. An invitation to practice from a place of softness and enjoyment of the body. My classes are flexible and tailored to your needs. I adapt the sessions to your level and prepare the sessions feeling the needs of my students as we progress together. I work with the breath and attention to the movement, and support my students in understanding the relationship between body and mind. Yoga for me is a means to connect more deeply with oneself and with life. It is a practice of self care and a method that supports life changes for more quality. Working with movement, breath, meditation it supports you at many levels: physical, emotional, energetic. After a few yoga sessions you can already start to feel the benefits of being more relaxed which supports being more present and open to respond to what is taking place in your life. Sustained practice will allow you to relieve and prevent chronic pain such as back pain, and anxiety while also using relaxation techniques. I am passionate about embodiment, connection between body-mind as a means of self expression, personal growth and connection to life force. Apart from being a Yoga teacher (Sampoorna Yoga Institute – India, recognized by Yoga International Alliance, I am a certified life coach (with Center for Transformational Presence) and support women choosing to reconnect more with themselves and what make them feel alive, integration of emotions. I have been teaching Yoga daily for the past 4 years. My goal is to meet your expectations and offer you an enjoyable time at home, or in a group (as in a company). We can choose together themes according to your abilities, need and desire so that I can guide you in the practice that is best for you. Yoga, art, music, writing, dancing, cooking. These are all amazing hobbies that serve our soul and natural human state. We were meant to express ourselves. So sing off key, dance like no one’s watching, give yoga a chance and be ok being a “beginner”, draw badly, burn a few recipes. Because life is meant to be ENJOYED. I’m done chasing perfection, these days it’s all about progress and letting go of all the self-limiting beliefs and ways of living that no longer serve me. From the very beginning, yoga inspired me to be my best version, to evolve and love myself and everyone around as I never did before. Yoga taught me to show up authentically without the need to belong, to choose self-expression over self-denial and embrace who I truly am instead of what others want me to be, life became truly magical, fulfilling, fun and most of all REAL. On our classes I will: ~ Instruct you on how to safely get into poses and how to breathe correctly, teaching also some pranayama techniques. ~ Design yoga class sequences, including vinyasa and flow formats for beginner or advanced students, adapting different flows to your necessity. ~ Demonstrate postures to you and support you also in finding the right poses, helping you to avoid any injuries. ~ Guide you develop your body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength. ~ Show you how to practice yoga on your mat and also outside it. ** I am always striving for progress, not perfection!
