My classes will be geared towards anyone who wants to start learning how to dance and build their self-confidence, but also for experienced dancers looking to challenge themselves in other styles of dances. I can teach Salsa, Bachata, Bollywood and Commercial dance styles to beginners and more intermediate dancers looking to learn something new or improve in specific areas. My aim as a dance teacher will be to help you achieve your goals, and customize the classes according to your dance level, and preferences whilst helping you learn and polish your fundamentals in musicality, rhythm, balance, technique and performance in dance. Of course, most importantly, for all of you have to fun! Bollywood dance is an expressive and fun style of dance that originated in India and is usually performed in Hindi films. It is popular worldwide, including a mix of the vibrant circle Garba dance, energetic and dynamic Bhangra dance as well as more traditional elegant and beautiful Bharatnatyam and Kathak forms of dances. Commercial dance is a universal style of dance, performed in music videos, for concerts, musicals or films. It includes a mixture of various styles: jazz, hip-hop, locking, popping, street dance, jazz, contemporary and more. Salsa and Bachata are both Latin style dances that are usually performed with a partner but also can be performed solo with solo moves called, "Shines." Salsa features flashy and energetic moves with lots of spins whilst Bachata (at least the sensual style) features more sensual, sexy moves with body isolation and head rolls. I will teach you how to distinguish both kinds of music by ear, the right technique, balance, body control and isolation, and of course performance. I believe that dance can really open up your heart, and empower yourself and I want to share this sensational feeling with everyone! 💃💃💃💃💃💃 So please do come and join me 😊 We will have lots of fun!

Trusted teacher: Hello, I have been a Yoga teacher since 2017, having completed 200 hours of practice at the English school Yoga London (Yoga Alliance certified). I give Restorative, Yin and Hatha yoga classes and sound yoga sessions (sound therapy). Restorative yoga is the most relaxing yoga. It is a gentle, introspective yoga that cultivates inner calm. Unlike most other yogas, there is no muscle strengthening. We simply remain in still postures in order to relax the mind, breathe and relax deeply. Yin Yoga is a slow yoga. The practice of this focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints and even cartilage. It requires little or no muscular engagement. Yin yoga consists of long stretches, combinations of slow and deep breathing as well as postures that must be held for several minutes. Hatha Yoga combines postures much more quickly than Yin and Restorative yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscular elasticity. It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind. The benefits of Yoga: - Strengthen the health of joints and bone. - Strengthen the cardiovascular system. - Improve overall body flexibility. - Promote better body posture. - Reduce pain. - Tone the muscles. - Help with digestion (twisting postures). - Reduce stress and anxiety. - Achieve maximum relaxation by cultivating abandonment and letting go. - Help fight depression. I offer one-hour sessions. I speak French, English and Spanish (I am perfectly trilingual). If you would like to take lessons with me, I live in Saint-Mandé.

We held a management away session in Casablanca for a few days and Rajaa joined us in the gym each morning at 6:30 to put us through our workout. She was always ready with a smile and managed our sessions regardless as to our abilities. Thoroughly recommend her for group sessions and no doubt she would be great at one on one.
