My name is Kristina and yoga is not just my profession—it is my way of life. My journey began as a search for balance and self-discovery, leading me to study yoga in its purest form. I trained in India, completing a 500-hour teacher training at Akshiyogashala in Rishikesh, and I hold a certification from the International Yoga Federation. Over the years, I have immersed myself in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, blending traditional wisdom with modern science.Beyond movement, my passion lies in understanding the body and mind—not just through yoga, but also through my studies in Ayurvedic pharmacy in Thailand, where I deepened my knowledge of holistic healing. This has given me a unique perspective on how breath, movement, and energy influence our well-being.
In my teaching, I focus on precision, awareness, and transformation. I don’t simply guide people through poses—I help them reconnect with themselves.
