I have been playing chess since I was 6 years old, individually and for various chess teams, mostly in Greece. I have won the Thessaloniki tournament for ages under 15 and have met Kasparov and Karpov playing in the chess olympics in 1986! I love this game and I enjoy teaching new chess players!

“Meditation doesn’t work!” Has this thought ever crossed your mind? Maybe you’ve tried meditation or even done some mindfulness exercises. Meditation doesn't work.” And you are right. Meditation doesn’t work if what we are trying to do is bypass the difficulties and discomfort of being a human being. If you are trying to change who you are. Then meditation definitely doesn’t work. But it does work if what you are seeking is to suffer less. Or at least to suffer well.
