About Me

Hello, Hola and welcome, bienvenida!

I'm a shapeshyfting fire dancer, energy healer and lifelong student of holistic healing.

My spiritual & ancestral connection began from a place of needing to heal my body. Yoga changed my life and opened many doors for me to dive into personal self healing through the body. My practice began 5 years ago at a hot yoga studio in California and since then I've learned from yogis, dancers, healers and artists around the world in Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Europe and South/Central America. My eclectic background of experience and knowledge of Eastern healing practices & philosophy gives me the tools and confidence to offer a unique and individualized practice to match your personal intentions.

I hope to share my love and passion for movement with you soon. Blessings.

Bachelor of Arts, San Diego State University. I hope to return to a school or find a mentor to study dance therapy.
I've learned more in my travels to 11 countries than I have ever in a classroom setting.

In this class students can enhance their existing training through personalised lessons, with a special focus on musicality, dynamics and performance in partnership with technique. I draw on my knowledge as a professional dancer to train dancers whether their goal is to work towards a career in the industry, or invest more in their passion for dance. Lessons take the form of a traditional ballet class, starting at the barre and moving to the centre (adapting to space), and include discussions to help dancers to refine their thought processes and approach. I am still a freelance performing dancer and therefore my availability is changeable.
