Our bodies are capable of holding traumas which can lead to further physical pain and imbalances. Intuitive movement is deeply healing to release any blockages, and negative energies and find confidence with this amazing vessel of yours. We will begin with a warm up and practice a fusion of dance moves and exercises to activate a free-flowing connection to your body. You will be in a safe, judgment-free space to explore and enjoy your magnificent temple of yours!
