I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Somatic Coaching sessions address the felt experience of the body, its movement pattern and alignment in connection with thought and emotional patterns. Through the body, you will learn to regulate your nervous system, being able to create a greater habit of connection with yourself and your environment, being able to create more harmonious responses with yourself, reducing a reactive and stressful state. In the sessions we will work on the blockages that make it difficult for you to achieve your goals and the change and horizon through your body and how the body represents this state and feels the blockages. Through this embodied emotional and psychological integration, you will be surprised at how any change is much easier than you had thought. You will gain a safe space within yourself, where integrating emotions, blockages and trauma moves into your tolerance zone. In the sessions you will learn tools to improve your self-esteem, confidence and manage stress and anxiety in a very practical and personal way. Observational drawing is fundamental in the production of all aspects of Art & design. Wether you plan to progress personal skills, or to enhance your school college work for a particular exam or portfolio, I would am to provide you with the necessary skill set. We would discuss current drawing experience, your specific requirements, then create a tailored and structured programme to develop your skills and build confidence. Drawing should be rewarding and fun and form the starting points for your concepts and ideas. There will be scope for me to facilitate you on more experimental approaches too drawing with some theory on the mechanics and fundamentals of the process.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I like to start class with the fundamentals! Once we’ve covered those we can get on to working towards your art goals. I prefer to tailor class towards what you’re interested in and help you gain the skills that will get you towards what you want to do art wise. Whether that is landscapes, portraits, painting in oils, acrylics, or watercolours, or drawing what you see, or drawing what you imagine. I look forward to helping you gain the skills you’ll need!

Michelangelo say that you don't draw with your hand, but with your head, and that is true. Drawing is the most versatile skill you can learn, and the basis for infinite routs to express yourself. From drawings we have mapped and planned human civilisation as we know it. It is the original written language, and it is so much a part of who we are that even the youngest of us know what it is to create meaningful marks on a piece of paper. Drawing has inspired my life and I hope that I can share the things I've learned with you to help you on your path. There is nothing more frustrating then getting stuck as an artist, or looking at the great work of people that came before you and wondering how will I ever get there? It is a journey that lasts a lifetime, but it doesn't need to happen alone. There are ways to grow your skills, that those amazing artists did, and have been passed down. Ways to break down what you are doing on the page to truly create the illusion of depth, so that it feels real. I can give you the building blocks to understand how to create realism. I will also help you build on our own natural creativity, and hopefully keep you from some of the growing pains I had to go through in the pursuit of my craft.

I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I am an international contemporary art curator with 15 years experience working with public and private collections. I am currently undertaking a PhD, developing alternative contemporary art narratives within heritage collections. This course is intended to students andadults who want to familiarise with curatorial practice prior to undertake a Master, to current students in curatorial pracitce for further advice and tutorials, as well as to emergent artists or students in contemporay art who ned further support in working with a space. This class would help you explore different techniques in terms of drawing and mixed media. It would be an online class. Throughout the lessons, you will learn how to do pencil shading , exploring and experimenting with materials for mixed media. Even though you are a beginner who do not know the basics, you are welcome to join in.

I assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and social skills in children facing developmental challenges such as autism, speech delays, and learning disabilities. I use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to modify behaviors and enhance functional abilities, while my speech therapy focuses on improving expressive and receptive language, articulation, and fluency, specifically for children who speak Arabic. Additionally, I create tailored strategies to help children overcome learning difficulties and strengthen their cognitive, social, and academic skills. I collaborate with families and educators to ensure consistent progress in various environments.

Writing is an individual and vulnerable process. When we creatively write, we are telling stories, and the effectiveness of each sentence affects how readers interpret our stories and us as writers. I know better than anyone how vulnerable it can be to share your writing. I also have an intimate understanding of the technical writing skills required to keep readers engaged and to get published. In this class, you'll learn how to: -Structure stories and paragraphs with appropriate beats and pacing. -Build complex, fully realized characters. -Write engaging, realistic dialogue in novel or screenwriting format. -Hook readers to the page using pacing techniques and red herrings. I can provide story and character consultation and feedback on your current projects. This is an advanced class. Please do not sign up for this class unless you have experience in creative writing. This may be a good class for a writer who has just finished their first novel and is looking for advice on editing and story consultation. It also may be a good opportunity for writers who have finished novels or scripts and are looking for advice on a new project.
