English Literature, History and Sociology Tutoring - KS3, GCSE and A Level

This class is for students who require assistance with editing academic or other work. My goal is to improve the English content of students' written work as well as grammar. I will provide constructive feedback to enable students to develop their writing. This class will be offered for GCSE English onwards and includes university dissertations and other pieces of written work.

A genuine and patient tutor who is able to assess the student's educational needs and set learning objectives so they can overcome any learning barriers and make significant achievements. I have extensive experience working with both mainstream and SEN children, therefore I am able to plan suitable tutoring lessons to suit a child's needs. I believe that children can learn through play, therefore I have my own learning resources that I use for my tutoring lessons to help children to engage and learn.

I discovered my passion for education during my final year of secondary school. It all began when I became a tutor for a student with dyslexia who was struggling with English and Maths. With the help of a caring teacher who trusted in my abilities, I was able to help my student in her progress and growth for over two years. This experience showed me how much I love teaching and inspiring students to reach their full potential. As I further explored this field, I welcomed more students into my schedule.
