I offer online meditation and breathing classes, to help students find more mental clarity, and feel grounded and relaxed.

While meditation develops focus and concentration, breathing practice releases tension and helps us gain a deeper understanding of our emotions. Working on both aspects (breathing and meditation) provides deep, sustainable changes in how we live our lives, in our social relationships and overall physical and mental wellbeing.

All teachings follow a very clear process, adapted to each student's needs, questions and blockages. Teachings are all based in the Da Xuan tradition, born in 510 in northern China, whose teachings have crossed the centuries thanks to a master-to-student transmission.

About Me

My approach to teaching focuses on creating a positive and interactive relationship with my students, and adapting to their needs and interests.

I love making learning a moment of self-expression, creativity and enjoyment for students.
In Language lessons (French or English), we will improve grammar and vocabulary through conversation or exercises. Your spoken and written French/English will become more fluid, precise and natural ! I also like including a newspaper article, song or poem to discuss or explore together.

Violin classes are an amazing way to develop artistic potential. While improving technique, intonation, and posture, we will learn repertoire adapted to each student's level. All levels welcome ! Let me know your learning priorities and musical preferences.

I am a native English and French speaker, having lived 15 years in France, 10 years in Canada and the United States, and currently teaching in London. I studied Spanish for over 12 years and done language exchange programs in Mexico, Peru and Spain. I have also worked in Japan, and in the Middle East. I love to interact with students of all backgrounds, cultures and ages !

I have tutored students of all ages in Japan, France and the UK, in 1-1 sessions and group workshops. My approach aims to empower the student in gaining self-confidence and enjoy the learning process. Students' academic results and personal satisfaction are always great.
