If you are a beginner I give a short lecture about the history of Turkish and its characteristics and help you find your way in this very logical, consistent and elegant language. You understand that Turkish is different but that does not necessarily mean difficulty. From the first lesson, you start speaking Turkish and find yourself in a dialogue. I can teach at my place and your place (all around Istanbul). I use several books using a grammar-based approach integrated with communicative methods to boost the development of all language skills. I’ve had an amazing experience with Rana today, with my 4,5 year old daughter. She’s so creative and really great at engaging my daughter in the teaching, even though it’s the first time they meet. My daughter is usually shy and needs time to open up to strangers. But Rana managed to “get down to her level” very quickly which made my daughter comfortable and talkative. So I’m very pleased. I appreciate the effort and can only give my strongest recommendations for Rana.
