Trusted teacher: Dear parents, dear students I welcome you. You are looking for a CHEMISTRY teacher, and I hope you find one who can meet your expectations. Maybe I would be the right person for you? To help you choose, here is my profile and what I can bring you through my lessons and my way of supporting students. My name is Minh, researcher at CNRS Gif-sur-Yvette. My daily life consists of using organic chemistry to make new "stuff". My “stuff” are molecules that I build from atoms. And my dream is that one day I will produce a molecule that can kill the damn cancer. When I'm not making molecules, I like to teach others how to make them. This is why I was a teacher at the University of Paris Sud. At the university, I was in charge of tutorials and practical work in organic chemistry. During those two years, I realized that when you give a class in an amphitheater of 400 students, the biggest challenge was to reach every student in the class. It was an impossible mission because each student has their own pace. For some my teaching was too fast and too complex, for others it was too slow and did not challenge them enough. So I decided to quit academia and become a part-time private professor of organic chemistry. *** Now let me convince you why you should hire me as an organic chemistry tutor;) First of all, because I am mainly specialized in intensive preparation in general chemistry and organic chemistry for the most demanding competitions and exams: - health studies (EU 1, new PACES / PASS reform) - grandes écoles (Polytechnic / ENS preparation) - Agro / Véto (BCPST and B ENV) - Scientific secondary school diploma In parallel, I help to boost the academic record of BTS, IUT, license (L1, L2, L3) / master (M1, M2) of chemistry for bridges. But the most important thing is that I don't just pass on knowledge or instill a working method. I am committed to creating a climate of trust that will encourage you to give the best of yourself. I support you in your progress and adapt the work carried out in progress by taking into account your strengths as your weak points. I encourage you with each progress made and prevent you from giving up in case of underperformance. I vary the exercises and the pace of the sessions, in order to avoid the routine to settle down. For all these reasons, my private lessons are unlike any other. They are unique. Like each of my students :). *** Important Info: The services give the right to a tax advantage without conditions of resources: The amounts paid during one year are thus reimbursed up to 50% the following year. This is possible since my activity, carried out under the micro-enterprise regime, has been declared to DIRRECTE. I also offer courses by videoconference / webcam with suitable equipment, the goal is to recreate a working atmosphere as if we were side by side and to make the course even more efficient thanks to an appropriate camera. Unlike most other tutors, I do not charge extra for additional students. If you want to study together with one or two friends, you can! Group classes provide a very valuable opportunity for discussion and brainstorming. However, working in a group also means that you will have less individual attention than you would normally get in an individual lesson. I accept employment-service checks (CESU) which allows you to benefit from a tax reduction of around 50% on the hour of class.

Trusted teacher: Hello students! Do you find it difficult to learn science subjects, specifically chemistry? This may be because chemistry contains some difficult or complex concepts or terms. If you are one of these people, there is no need to worry!! Hello and welcome, my students, to the right place to solve this problem, through simplifying science lessons, especially chemistry. Through these lessons, we will learn together how to deal with matters and terms that are difficult to understand, because I have extensive experience extending to more than 15 years in conveying complex concepts in a clear, easy and simple way. My goal is to make science and chemistry in general and organic chemistry in particular fascinating and understandable to everyone. As a dedicated teacher, I create an interactive and stimulating learning environment for my students using the latest methods. I am ready to share my passion and guide every student towards excellence and success in the field of science, organic chemistry, and in study in general, as I work as a mentor to students in an international institution. In addition, I have excellent communication and presentation skills, and I am patient and calm when teaching. In addition, I constantly monitor my students’ progress and regularly evaluate their understanding by constantly solving objective questions, as I care more about understanding than memorization. On the other hand, I also maintain good follow-up with parents. My approach to teaching is outcome-oriented, with an emphasis on helping students understand and master information. For university students or master’s and doctoral students, I teach natural products chemistry or phytochemistry. In this course, we will learn about methods of extracting, separating, and defining the chemical form of active chemical compounds (biologically active secondary compounds) from natural sources, such as medicinal and aromatic plants. We will also discuss knowledge of what is known as chromatography, spectroscopic devices, spectroscopic and mass analyses, and magnetic resonance. This is in addition to knowing some important applications of these active substances in various fields, such as the pharmaceutical industry, agriculture, etc. We will also learn the practical methods that are carried out in the laboratory to conduct toxicological, antioxidant, and diabetes analyses, etc. And last but not least, “For those interested in scientific research,” there is a course dedicated to learning what scientific research is, how to choose a research point, how to write scientific research, how to find the appropriate journal for publication, and everything related to this topic. Experience: About 20 years of practical experience in the field of chemistry, medicinal and aromatic plants, and pharmacy, with parallel training and private lessons for chemistry science curricula. With my qualifications and experience, I hold a master’s degree and a doctorate in organic chemistry (chemistry of natural products), in addition to other graduate degrees and a doctoral scholarship in pharmaceutical sciences in Belgium from the Erasmus Mendus Organization of the European Union.
