When I turned 17 I really started to like classical Spanish music, playing the likes of Francisco Tárrega and Antonio de Lucena. For the past few years I have focused more on guitarists like John Mayer, Eric Clapton, Jason Mraz and other more mainstream western-style artists. With 14 years of experience playing solo and in a band, and 6 years of teaching experience at high schools and universities, I am convinced I can teach you a thing or two about the 6-string ;). If you are interested in learning any of these styles, or you just want to get started on the basics, I would love to help you become the guitarist you want to be! My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia

Alex is the best guitar teacher ever for me! Not only he knows exactly how to guide a student according to his level ,he has so many different approaches for each individual students, I don’t have a lot of time to practice as a busy mom with a 3 year old kid, but some how he found a method really adapted my rhythm and make me grow every lesson I have without practicing at all;but also he is a very kind teacher, every time I feel like I’m having a lesson with an old friend:)) would highly recommend Alex to anyone who would like to take a guitar lesson from all levels!

I had my first lesson today and I was immediately struck with the feeling that I am in the presence of a maestro in Piano playing, a professor in teaching and an extremely patient pedagogue. It was like Lydia knew me for years and instantaneously detected my strengths and my weaknesses in my piano playing and practice.
