This is our birthright, and we should be uncompromising in reclaiming it. If you feel that there's more to life, if you feel that there's something missing, or you're feeling stuck in some way, our meditation sessions can help elevate, give clarity and move you forward. MY APPROACH: *My sessions are for ALL levels and ALL ages (assessed on a case-by-case basis), I will meet you where you're at. *All sessions are tailored around your needs. When working with me, you have my full energy and attention. I'm here for the sole purpose of assisting you. *Heart-led approach: as a space holder I'm here to receive you in a completely non-judgemental and compassionate way. It's my job to make you feel safe and I will be there to guide you through anything you want to explore in these sessions. ~ Meditation is the Root, but there are many branches that may be required for an individual's development. This is why I like to incorporate various modalities (as needed) such as: *qigong *breathwork/pranayama/kriyas *somatic movement/dance *strength conditioning *sound healing *plus advisories regarding nutrition, lifestyle, and more... The core of my approach is that which has been taught by all ancient traditions: the path of Self-Awareness. Through self-awareness we can restore a sense of Wholeness. Before we can feel safe, stable and not be in a reactionary state, we must clear and re-balance the mind. Then we are in a position to gain new insights and open up to new possibilities. The biggest problem in today’s world is FOCUS. Most of us are on autopilot 95% of the time (this is proven by the latest neuroscience). We must develop our concentration by having a meditation practice and being mindful during our day. Everything begins with Stillness. Once we're established in this stillness, we are able to find more flow, we transform confusion into clarity, and suffering into love. We’re able to let go of what is holding us back from living a life of fulfilment, purpose, joy, creativity and prosperity. Once we realise in a tangible way that all things arise from this place of stillness, we are able to take responsibility and ownership of our lives. WHAT TO EXPECT: A central part of my practice is sharing, discussion, reflection. Sessions are usually oriented around a certain topic of discussion/sharing, where you would bring a specific question, topic or issue to explore further. We may start (or end) with a tea (with optional assistive herbs), and see where it takes us. Using meditation/discussion as a starting point, intuitively I will guide the session to where I feel it needs to go - such as into a sound bath, further meditation or perhaps we need to do some energetics to move stagnant energies. Sometimes it works the other way around, we can start with a meditation, that may or may not have a specific focus, and from there the session will unfold potentially into points of sharing/discussion. Everyone is different, every day is different ~ so we just go with the flow of what the present moment asks of us. WORKING WITH ME ON A DEEPER LEVEL: I have limited spaces for working more closely 1:1 - for those looking for a deep recalibration and transformation. The extent of this offering is a full blueprint that comes from my life’s work of spiritual training and study and holistic life design. Sharing with you my philosophy and principles, and many years of experience - for the right people I am available for this level of mentorship. This class is dedicated to all those who wish to calm the nervous system and work on rooting themselves in the present moment. Connecting with the body and its language. A combination of yoga and somatic techniques that help us understand how our body works and its relationship with the mind. For all levels, because we're not looking for virtuosity in complicated positions, but to refine our perception, communication and understanding of our ‘total self’. We'll use asanas and pranayama, as well as micromovements and meditation. Everyone is welcome! A perfect class if you're going through a period of stress or a lot of mental activity or worry, if you lead a very sedentary life, or simply if you want to relax and move your body. The purpose of those classes is education, not on the superficial level of mimicking form, but on a profoundly deep level of understanding the full use of the body as an integral whole to maximize full function of each individual's unique movement potential. The aim is toward maximum physicality in function and overall health as well as a state of relaxation and a stimulation of the body's energy centres and meridians that is revitalising and healing. The benefits of yoga also include gaining flexibility and working on breathing skills concentration, balance, endurance, muscular and vital strength, as well as strengthening the nervous system and immune system. The content and dynamics of the practices will be adapted to your experience, needs, age, and specific circumstances, seeking to gain the greatest possible benefit. I have experience working with and teaching beginners and people with little experience of physical work as well as children in the field of dance, acting movement, and yoga.

Trusted teacher: Hi, I’m Jana - yoga and movement therapist and mindfulness facilitator from Estonia. I’ve been practising yoga and meditation for more than 8 years, coming from hatha yoga background and enriching it with therapy methods, secular mindfulness practices and my academic background in mental health, nutrition and public health. My approach is a combination of traditions and modern science, which allowed me to create a unique mix of efficient, safe and sustainable practices. I’m a certified yoga therapist and adaptive physical activity instructor so I’m able to tailor a practice to any needs. I’ve worked with a wide range of health problems starting from spinal disc herniations to different injuries. As a mindfulness facilitator, I’m working with stress management, including emotional reactivity, anxiety, panic attacks and many others. It is also possible to adapt the practice to individual inquiries such as improving concentration and memory, working on creativity or improving relationships or confidence. I’ve done various of yoga-, mindfulness- and health-related courses and certifications, assisted in yoga and mindfulness study in Victoria University in Australia and currently involved in writing a research paper on mediation and yoga in collaboration with academics from different fields. I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin or restorative yoga. Although, usually my classes are the mix of different styles and approaches, including yoga and embodiment methods, mindfulness and meditation, counselling and other non-yoga techniques. I usually teach 1- or 1,5-hour classes, individually or in groups, I can teach both online or face-to-face (outdoor or at your place). We can choose one focus (either yoga or mediation) or have a mix of everything. I also offer nutrition and health counselling if you want to lose, gain or maintain weight, improve your eating habits or become more physically active.
