With a guided meditation we go through the different steps of the meditation process together. With music and stories I help you visualize your emotions and/or thoughts. During this session I combine different techniques such as mindfulness or Theta Healing or healing with the arts. Theta Healing is a world renowned healing method that was created by Vianna Stibal during her own personal journey. This is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy - not specific to one religion but accepting them all. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Expressing yourself through art can help reduce depression, anxiety and sickness. I work with different art techniques, such as creative writing, drawing, painting or music. No foreknowledge or artistic skills are required to attend my art meditation sessions. Everyone can participate. what you will learn during my class is how to have connection with your emotions, how to not to be afraid of them. It's a really powerful meditation to realize where are your blockings are and how you can solve them. Because all the answers are inside of you. Online class is with different price list :)

I was trained in meditation and mindfulness in India, Nepal and Thailand (Tibetan Buddhism and Theravada meditation in particular) and in Europe: secular meditation: MBSR program (Stress Reduction Based on Mindfulness), Zen meditation and Vipassana meditation. You can choose, to start or deepen your meditation practice, one of the 8 programs developed around a main objective: • Well-being • Attention and memory • Stress and anxiety • Mindfulness • Management of thoughts and emotions • Sleep and energy • Awareness of body and breathing • Personal development Teaching takes place by videoconference, or face-to-face in the Montpellier region. One hour is structured around an exchange, a teaching, a meditative practice in common and a time of questions and answers. For an advanced meditator, the structure of a session can be adapted to facilitate its progression. Payment by Chèque Emploi Service Universel (CESU) is accepted. I offer 10 hour packages.
