Trusted teacher: “Don't play the saxophone. Let it play you.” - Charlie Parker - Everyone of us has is own musicality, we have just to let her come out. The goal of my lesson is to let you discover how much fun and passion music can gives. Music has no age: you're never too young or too old to tell yourself through a musical instrument. If you love and recognize yourself in the warm sound of the saxophone then what are you waiting for!? Let's start this wonderful Music journey Together :) “Whatever you think can't be done, somebody will come along and do it.” – Thelonious Monk SAXOPHONE LESSON: To learn how to transfer your musical ideas into the saxophone is required a total connection between your body and your mind with the horn. That's why for the first part of every lesson will be focused on the Sound and the saxophone technique. You need to learn how to build your own saxophone tone and how to sing into the instrument. This process can take some weeks for really beginners but it'll show you how the musical practice can positive effect your all body and emotions, as well as your creativity. In order to make your music journey more fun and personal my lessons will be based on your music interests and purpose (learn how to read music, improvisation ecc…) During this journey together we'll build your own repertoire of songs that most represent you, which we'll dedicate the second part of the lesson. FOR NERDY ;) For those who wants to go deeper into the world of saxophone I'll organize some special 'listening section' focus on the the role of Saxophone in the music history and in the different kind of music. From the classical repertoire (Gershwin, Bizet, Milhaud, Rota, Bernstein, Steve Reich, Michael Nyman…) passing through the more popular: Blues, Jazz (Stan Getz, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderly, Sonny Rollins…), latin , rock&roll, Pop until nowadays. We'll listen to the milestones of the great composers and performers that have made the history of this fantastic instrument. I'm sure It'll be a journey of discovery the beauty of the music to which this instrument has made, and a big inspiration for you to grow the passion toward this amazing form of art.

Trusted teacher: !!LOOKING FOR NEW GUITAR HEROES!!! "As one of the most popular and accessible instruments in today's musical landscape, the guitar spans a wide range of genres and its incredible sonic possibilities have made it a key instrument over the past 60 years. ." Eh?! What?!! Let's stop the blabla... Guitar is killing! Everyone loves it (that's probably why you're here) and I'm guessing you're like "How can I learn some of this crazy guitar stuff without selling one of my kidneys to some creepy guy on Youtube". Well... I'm not offering you the rock 'n' roll lifestyle, sprinkled with angel dust and full of groupies languidly waiting for you backstage, but I can at least offer you an organized guitar lesson based on a comprehensive approach to the instrument, targeted to your musical aspirations... In other words: what YOU like! I sincerely believe that the most effective way to learn music is to delve into what you love and explore it with passion and dedication. We will always start from the songs you like, step by step, following your workflow. My goal is simply to give you the best tips and tricks so that you can enjoy playing the songs you love or, if you wish, organize your guitar practice in the most efficient way. MOST IMPORTANT: I love to jam so be prepare to play some music :-). Together we will tackle various topics, we can also focus on: - Learn a song and be able to do it by yourself later. - Explore different musical styles: Pop, Rock, Blues, Funk, Jazz... - Guitar techniques using scales, triads and arpeggios. - Understand harmony and how to build chords. - Use your ear as a tool to find new ideas. - Being able to provide a nice and steady groove by studying rhythmic figures. - Immerse yourself in the beautiful world of improvisation. - Develop your intuition and your creativity as an improviser and apply it to the material you already know. !!!Only for the brave: we could also do a little music theory -> If you want!!! For more than 10 years now, I have been teaching students of different ages and levels, all very satisfied with the lessons. We could also do it online if that is more convenient for you. I look forward to hearing from you!

Trusted teacher: Hello, thanks for coming :) I have been a professional musician for over 20 years (double bass, electric bass, piano, arranger, composer and music teacher), of Serbian origin and having also lived in Austria, Spain and France. I spend most of the time in Barcelona from where I give private lessons online. As usual, they are tailor-made, prepared and designed according to your level and objectives. You can also communicate in Spanish, English, Catalan or Serbian-Croatian if you prefer. I studied music, bass and double bass in Serbia ("Stankovic", Belgrade), Austria ("Universitat für Musik und darstellende Kunst", Graz) and Spain ("L'Aula de Música moderna i jazz", department from Berklee School of Music, Barcelona) with Wayne Darling, Horacio Fumero and David Mengual. I have a long experience of teaching music at different ages, from 10 to 56 years old. I also regularly make, since 2007, an educational musical theater by all Spain for the children of the primary school, on the music of the Balkans, supported by the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Education. My courses, for all ages, are also at all kinds of levels, from beginners to professionals. I will not say that there is a short way to learn, but there are certainly more interesting ways, especially if we pay attention to avoid / correct bad positions (arms / body) so as not to develop tendinitis. Then we can enjoy having fun playing JAZZ, CLASSIC, LATIN, WORLD MUSIC (especially from the Balkans), etc ... I play German, but I teach the bow both French and German. I use (or I adapt, it all depends on the student) the methods developed by Ludwig Streicher, Eduard Nanny and Bass Institute of Technology. I recommend headphones or speakers that can reproduce bass frequencies, which is not always the case with those of the laptop. Also, connect with the cable instead of WiFi, because it ensures a good connection and we are in the same room. Courses can be based on: - Introduction - Functions in the orchestra - Learning known songs - Construction / development of bass lines - Reading - Classical / jazz harmony - Improvisation, etc Don't be afraid of the scale of this instrument :) because it also offers a whole world of possibilities to express yourself as a musician and artist. Your success is my success too. I have been teaching since 2004 and I have seen that everyone goes through the same or similar, so following you through a screen is not a problem for me. In addition, you can save your time and money because it is possible to take a class without going out and moving. Or take it where it would be best for you. Of course, if there is a network ... :)) I hope to see you soon . My schedules are flexible during the day, so it's easy to agree. Musically ,

Trusted teacher: Did you always want to have a great voice? Or do you know you have one, and want to get better at using it? Or do you just want to be able to sing songs at home and enjoy yourself? What ever you are looking for, as long as you want to find enjoyment in singing, I'm the teacher for you. Genres: Pop, rock, jazz & blues, soul, singer/songwriter I've been teaching music for a decade now, and I'm still as in love with it as when I started. I love to see my students grow. Together we look for what inspires you, what supports you technically, and find your path in learning how to sing. We'll work on breathing, tone, style, and the mental game that comes with being a confident singer and regular practice. I focus on giving you a positive learning experience; I'm going to empower you by teaching you step by step, so you know what your process is and you can reproduce it yourself at home or at a gig. If you're interested, we can also work on songwriting and/or accompanying yourself on an instrument. You decide the tempo at which we work, you decide what and what style you want to work on, you decide whether you take classes of 30 or 60 minutes and how regularly you take them. You'll get exercises, sheet music and backing tracks to practice at home. You're allowed to record the class so you can remember everything and hear your progress. If you want to, we can even make a professional recording of you singing. Everything is possible, and everything we do will be in dialogue with each other. Wether you come every week, or every month, it's all up to you, as long as you put in the practice at home you'll make big leaps forward. !! It is possible to work with me on extended vocal techniques like growl & distortion !!

Trusted teacher: Professional musician, graduated from the Music Academy International with honors. Guitarist especially, bassist from time to time and drummer a little bit.. Dynamic, attentive and passionate, I experience music in all its dimensions. The guitar is an instrument that I love, that I like to make discover and share. No matter your style and your level, I will be there to facilitate its learning, thanks to my desire to transmit, to my patience, I know how to make my students progress so that they take as much pleasure in playing as me! ====== 50% off ====== My organization is approved as a Personal Service. You can benefit from -50% thanks to the tax credit! My method: For beginners, we will try to play as quickly as possible some pieces, riffs and melodies. I will introduce you to chords, different ways of accompanying, in arpeggios, in strumming, with percussions... and rhythm! For intermediates, we can refine your playing by discovering specific guitar techniques: bends, slides, back and forth, sweeping, legato, tapping, string-skipping, chicken-picking, etc. There is plenty to do! 😅 We will further install your sense of rhythm, the true foundation of solid musical expression. I have a simple and infallible method for learning scales, harmony and knowing how to use them. We will start improvisation, this exhilarating feeling of letting go giving an incredible feeling of freedom, to demystify the great masters of the guitar: Hendrix, Django, Gilmour, Knopfler, Stevie Ray, Clapton, Gallagher, Page.. and the one you like! For apprentice shredders, with my technical skills, I will analyze your playing, freeing the blocking points, explore the harmony while refining the implementation because rhythm is music! And for the die-hards there remains: modes, melodious minor, diminished system, augmented, parton, modal harmony, knowing phrasing on different styles, intervals, pairs of triads, playing in arpeggios, jazz and bop, chromatic approaches, enclosures, diatonic, tritonic substitutions, polymodality, modern pentas, changes in flow, visualization of the neck, the CAGED system, the Coltrane Change, Petrucci, Guthie Govan, Paul Gilbert, Yngwie, Greg Howe, Nuno, Tom Quayle, Martin Miller, Matteo Mancuso, Rick Graham, Meshugg, Periph... 😉 I have played a lot, on stage, in the studio, and elsewhere, I could also advise you on equipment and on creating a repertoire. Finally, I have training as a Mix-Master sound engineer, passed at the CFSM under the direction of Nicolas SAFFRAY. We can see creation and mixing techniques specific to MAO if that suits you more. If you like guitar, don't hesitate!

Improvisation, Jazz-piano, Jazz-theory, Music-theory, Classical piano for beginners (The Hague)
Tibor
I enjoy a lot my lessons with Tibor!! From the first lesson, I got a lot of motivation and very good tips and exercices to practice at home. The duration of 1 hour is well used and I get an inspiring mix of jazz-theory and practice, starting from the basics of acoustics... I stopped taking piano lessons 10 years ago, and I was surprised by the speed of my progress after only a few lessons. It overpassed my expectations. Lastly, arranging the lessons schedule was very convenient. Tibor is a flexible, friendly and a great teacher!

Philip
I've had lessons before but chose Philip to try his wholistic approach. I really enjoyed learning about the neuroscience behind good tuition, and I've found my practice is going much better now. I would recommend this new approach to learning to anyone who is either a beginner or just maybe stuck in a rut like I was. It's the most beneficial learning I've had in a long time. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed with the results. Thanks Phil - I'm looking forward to continuing.

Manon
Manon is a very warm person that made me feel comfortable from the first minute we met. You can see from her teaching skills that she is well educated and trained and that she really loves what she is doing. In terms of the lesson she was very organised but at the same time fully flexible and ready to adjust to my skills and background so we could only move forward. Even from the first lesson, you can trust her. I highly recommend her as a teacher! :)
