I started my yoga practice at university, but it was in 2013 that I started seriously. In 2018, I decided to go to India to realize a dream: to become a yoga teacher. So I went to learn more about yoga and its teaching. I can not wait to share with you this happiness, this appeasement that one feels after a yoga session! Hatha yoga is a yoga where one stays in the postures (asanas) of 5 to 10 breaths (according to his time and his level of physical energy). Each movement is done in harmony with the breath, trying to focus and thereby emptying the mind. "Yoga" is a Sanskrit word that means "union": yoga is the union of your breath and your body, the union of your body and your mind. A yoga session will not only be good for your body! A yoga class lasts 1 hour, but we can decide together to do longer courses (and more intense, or with more relaxation) from 1:30 to 2 hours if you wish. Each class will start with a little warm-up and some greetings to the sun. It will end with a final relaxation and guided meditation if you wish. You'll just need a yoga mat (I can bring you one if needed), a comfortable outfit and a touch of good mood :) A yoga class can be held face-to-face, or in groups, in French or English. Groups can go up to 10 people! Contact me for more information about this on Apprentus. Classes within 20 to 40 km from my home will have a small extra charge for travel. I can also give classes by webcam and in business!
