I will first need to do A short assessment or analysis to understand an individual's physical body condition, figure out existing underlying issues ( if any), body stamina, and understand specific target needs.
Beginners course ( 60 min, 10 days alternatively)
This is a 10 class course that covers
1) Basic Posture
2) Body Alignment
3) Warm-up Stretches
4)Suryanamasar
5) Basic Upper or Lower Body Asanas ( As applicable)
5) Strengthening Asanas
6) Basic breathing practice
7) Basic relaxation practice
Post this, one would be able to perform on their own a 60 min practice. 20 Asanas are covered that are applied across the course.
Contraindications, Target muscle groups are explained in order to understand the anatomy of the Asanas.
Classes for people with contradicting age groups or any complications are to be considered. This beginners class targets the age group from all 7 years to 55 years.
