Cello lessons for beginners to advanced levels. More than 15 years experience teaching cello in schools and privately. AMEB and ABRSM exams with good results. Lessons geared towards developing technical facility, essential note-reading skills, counting/rhythm, listening skills and developing musicality. I am patient and flexible with my teaching style. I can go along with the student's pace or I can push harder and work towards student's aim. I can prepare students for exams, performance, or provide practical advice for improvement. Students range from 5 years old to adults/retirees. Lessons are held at my home studio in Wantirna. Remote lessons available using Zoom or Skype. Able to speak Mandarin (for parents who find it easier to communicate in Mandarin).
