I will help you get in shape only with bodyweight! No gym and equipments are needed. I have been playing american football in professional level for 5 years and I was coaching my rookie teammates for the strength and conditioning. I promise you will see INCREDIBLE results in a month. I do not like feeling extremely tired after a workout, so I will keep low reps. After your workout, you can continue your life as usual. This mentoring is mostly suitable for busy people who are at their 20s and 30s.

I will help you practice your Turkish. I do not teach from ground zero. If you know just a bit Turkish, I will gladly help you practice and get fluent. Or if you are a Turkish person living outside of Turkey and very busy with your day, and still want your child to be speaking Turkish and get fluent with their mother-tongue, I will help your children online.
