Dancer and choreographer, holder of the state diploma of contemporary dance teacher, I have been teaching for 20 years in the most diverse contexts to children and adults. I offer you close work with people wishing to deepen their knowledge of the body in movement, whether for well-being, to start or resume dancing smoothly with a personalized look, or in addition to another practice ( singing, theater, etc.). The private lesson allows to adapt the choreographic tools to the project of each one; and by reading the body and becoming aware of body patterns, finding ease of movement and reconnecting with the intelligence of the body. It is in the renewed pleasure of the gesture that a full and lively movement will emerge. It is by structuring the body and then the movement that it becomes line and expressiveness. My specialties: contemporary dance, West African dances, rhythm and musicality, body percussions. Classes are practiced in a dance studio or at home.
