This course presents the issues of corporate finance with corrected cases. It begins with the analysis of long-term investment choices. It then outlines the different types of long-term financing before addressing the central questions of the optimal financing structure and the corporate distribution policy. Finally, we will describe options and futures as well as their applications to corporate finance. The last part will focus on cash management and corporate control issues.
