Care certificate training. my passion truly lies in learning and development, as much as I enjoy my current role I feel it doesn’t give me the stimulation I need, or the reward and satisfaction I truly get from supporting learners to develop and learn, figuring out a way to deliver my approach to suit their style and needs, and being out their, with others, finding solutions to problems and showing learners that learning doesn’t always have to delivered in a set way, and support can be tailored to individual needs, circumstance and ability.. This kind of support ultimately ends in the learner gaining skills, knowledge and qualifications as well as providing information around different ways to further education and success, that they may not be aware of. I have an extensive knowledge of various ways to not only provide awareness to learners of avenues to accessing and completing education, but also ways of reliving said information to learners, considering their individual circumstances and back grounds and tailoring my approach to best suit my delivery and support. I do this by utilising my own past work experiences, my own experiences and through working with the national apprenticeship association, my own apprenticeship path way and various life experiences
