Teaching Philosophy
I believe, when the change is intentional, it is sustainable. Hence the philosophy that I have adopted in my teaching & pedagogy is one of “Intentional Inclusion”.
Intentional Inclusion is all about identifying & removing barriers so that everyone can participate to best of their abilities.
Teaching Approach
My teaching approach involves providing a guided exploration in a 4 step process:
Making the child feel Intrigued into identifying the problem.
Supporting the Ideation to evolve intuitively through brain-storming.
Giving ample time for the child to initiate a solution.
Helping the child to harness Ingenuity in the solution to make it his/her own.
Learn Tech Skills, Maths or Science in fun way .More focus on concept based learning. Classes are 1:1 .GCSE/IB/A Level.
