I offer both practical and theoretical lessons on the subject of composing electronic music, tailored to the individual needs and interests of the student. Areas of instruction include: 1) Introduction to working with sound (Ableton Live) 2) Discuss / further develop compositional approaches 3) Finding your own artistic language 4) Sound engineering basics 5) Analysis of musical references, inspirations that the student brings with him/her 6) Integration of your own instrument into electronic music (e.g. piano, guitar, etc.) 7) Sound recording (miking the environment) 8) Modular synthesizer (The synthesizer can be used in lessons in my studio, for advanced students) To me: Peter (1994, Upper Austria); composer of electronic and contemporary music, sound artist and sound engineer, guitarist.
