Introduce you to the sort of sensibility you need to develop to start create on your own ***ABOUT THE COURSE*** Lessons are held conveniently at your place and the course can be tailored to your interests, experience and preferences. We can choose together the recipes to prepare or you can leave the decision to me, in that case I will consider the seasonality, the market offer and I will follow the inspiration of the moment. We can also go to shop for groceries together as it all starts with choosing good ingredients. ***ABOUT ME*** Cooking and good food are life-long passions that I have always experienced in practice, through taste, discovery and personal sensibility.
