Physics is hard till you don't understand what you are doing, If I had to say what we do actually in Newton's law of motion...we just apply a net force equal to mass times acceleration, and some concepts of vectors and kinematics and that's all. It doesn't matter how difficult the problem is ultimately this is what you would be doing. So if you know how to approach the problem then the solution is just the execution and not a big task.
