I have a deep background in biochemistry, biology, and enjoy teaching. I will base my tutoring on the course curriculum and supplement extra material where needed for understanding the content. I graduated from University of California–Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor in Science in Biochemistry. During my time in undergrad I worked in a research lab studying the molecular biology of development for three years. I worked one summer at Harvard University studying protein modifications during heat stress. Currently in my third year in my PhD at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the Raines Lab studying how a cell sense oxygen levels. At MIT, I taught introduction to Biology to undergraduate students for one semester.
