Yoga and its powerful techniques are wonderful allies for having wellness in your everyday life. In my classes you will learn how to connect with your breath and use it in a way that brings you focus and calm. You will train balance, stretching and strength. You will experience relaxation and meditation techniques. You can chocolate between Integral Yoga, Yoga Flow, Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yoga therapy and Chair Yoga.
