Personal trainer: body control and balance
You will learn to control your body weight, not only to look good but to feel in harmony with it. The classes focus on using body weight as training ballast and various balance and coordination exercises. With this you will be able to develop various skills such as verticals (handstands), slackline and other elements of body control, gaining a lot of awareness of this.
