I offer you an answer adapted to each of these expectations, for children from 4 years old, for adults individually or in groups with no other limit than the desire to feel better and more efficient. In water the resistance is proportional to the force, you benefit from an excellent support to produce your efforts and work efficiently without traumatizing your joints. In addition, swimming is the only sport that allows your muscles to be massaged during exercise.
