Thai boxing is a complete discipline that combines strength, technique and endurance. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, each session is designed to help you progress at your own pace and according to your goals. My classes, individual or in small groups (up to 4 people), are entirely adapted to each student. Two people who come for fitness will never have the same class, because each program is personalized according to the level and expectations of each. You will be able to improve your technique, strengthen your cardio, develop your power, gain confidence and let off steam. Training will take place in the gym or at home, depending on your availability.
