Yoga is meditation in movement!
My yoga classes include traditional asanas and practices, mixed with more modern elements, to guarantee a general relaxation and general well-being of the body and the mind. Each class is different and is designed to respect the characteristics of every student, taking into consideration their age, physical shape, medical conditions, preferred class style (more relaxing vs. more active), and goals.
Le mie lezioni di yoga includono posizioni (asana) e pratiche tradizionali influenzate da elementi moderni, con lo scopo di garantire un buon livello di rilassamento e un generale benessere del corpo e della mente. Ogni classe è diversa ed è disegnata rispettando le caratteristiche di ogni studente, prendendo in considerazione fattori come l'età, la forma fisica, patologie, stile preferito e quali obiettivi si vogliono raggiungere con la pratica.
