This coaching combines the arts of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and neuroscience to guide learners to develop new mental learning strategies: strategies for academic excellence. As a school coach, I must find the learning methods that best suit the learner and help them overcome their various obstacles (bad teaching, organizational problems, stress, etc.). The objectives of school coaching are: - Learn to learn - Develop learning skills - Find your own way of working - Guide learners towards autonomy - Get a better organization - Restore meaning and motivation to the student - Learn to manage stress - Develop self-confidence - Accompany the young person to set academic, personal and professional objectives and then to find the solutions to achieve them.
