No one can deny that knowledge of languages, and modern languages (Dutch, English and German) are an undeniable asset for finding a job or for progressing in one's profession. The external "CE1D" and "CE2D" tests and the Selor certificates ( I hold that of the computerized level A test) are demanding and require a very good knowledge of the target language in terms of vocabulary, grammar and both written and oral practice.
