Whether you are just starting out in yoga, looking for a more dynamic and sporty practice, need to stretch and release tension, or wish to delve deeper into meditation and relaxation, together we will find the ideal balance for you. Each session is a space of care and transformation, where everything is adapted to your level and pace. Classes can be in person if you are in Barcelona, or remotely, in the language you prefer: Spanish, French or English.
