My experience with students of all ages has allowed me to understand that it is essential to first create a bond of reciprocity, listening and respect with the student, in order to establish empathy and that he can communicate about their difficulties, shortcomings or personal anxieties. It is then a question of establishing a rigorous work plan according to the said difficulties and according to the educational objective of the current year: bases to be acquired, level to be obtained for the following year, exam or competition (Bac, concours d 'entry into schools, etc.). Methodology is essential, as well as homework to do, fast but effective: reading of short texts, whether for the language or for their importance in the history of literature.
