Dancing has always been my passion, I have realized that it is the best way to exercise and improve mood. I have been dancing for more than 10 years in a professional way. Classes can be from beginner level, to improve technique or assemblies for special events. For couples dances I have experience teaching both for the guide and the one who lets go. What do we do during class? Classes are usually one hour long, a first part of warm-up (which I also take advantage of to teach or reinforce "useful" movements, strengthen and do a little cardio), a second part of practical exercises (depending on the rhythm can be turns, figures , choreography) and a third of stretches (which are always necessary). * If it is for a special assembly it depends on what you need, however I prefer that in this case the classes last more than an hour to be able to secure and retain the choreography.
