I offer private or small group yoga classes which aim to make you independent and regular in your practice. What sets me apart is that I trained in several schools, including several in Asia. I have also taught yoga teacher training in various parts of the world (Thailand, India, Philippines, Egypt, ...)
The Method includes 3 axes: Movement (Yoga) - Breath (Breathwork) - Meditation (Connection): We will work in depth on the three axes or more particularly on a point according to your objectives.
Hatha Yoga (Traditional) / Yin Yoga (Relaxation Yoga) / Sivananda (Yoga practiced in Rishikesh, India) / Ashtanga Yoga (Dynamic Yoga for more flexible people) classes according to your needs.
