Hello!
My name is Laura I would like to share with you my devotion to this transformative practice called yoga that I practice for more than 5 years.
I offer in person and online Hatha and Vinyasa classes for all levels. I design my classes for each individual needs and goals. My objective is to create a unifying experience of body, mind and soul that leads to an improvement of the well-being of anyone who will practice with me.
My practice emphasizes in self-love, acceptance and learning to be in the present moment. I also passionately believe yoga is a great tool for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression and self-esteem.
We will start with breathing exercises and after physical practice we will finish with a meditation so that you achieve a state of peace and connection that you will able to transfer to all the other aspects of your life.
