My name is Karla. I am a multinational person, from France and Tunisia. I graduated from THE INTERNATIONAL AMERICAN SCHOOL in France in 2012. I taught English and French in private schools as well as public ones in France: White House School in Paris. I have been working in Moscow as well for 5 years. I taught persons of different ages: from 2 years to 60 years persons. I Kept students on-task with proactive behavior modification and positive reinforcement strategies. I Collaborated with other faculty members to review data and develop instructional strategies to address student learning objectives. I Prepared lesson plans according to the assessment of student needs and learning ability.
