A good start is half the work. In my first lesson you will learn how to greet someone in Dutch and how to introduce yourself and someone else. This lesson consists of discovering new words, sounds, a reading exercise and having a conversation together. But always in a fun and educational way.

In this lesson you will learn to name family members and friends in Dutch. We also take a look back at the first lesson in which we greet and introduce someone. Also in this lesson we do both reading and speaking exercises. Because the more you practice speaking, the faster and easier you will learn the language.

In this lesson we will go through the personal pronouns, such as: I, you, he, she, it, you, we and they. You will also learn how to use it correctly. This is a lesson where we practice talking. We also take a look at the previous lessons and focus on having a conversation.

The Dutch pronunciation is simply difficult. This can be especially difficult for people with a certain accent. In this lesson we will practice with sounds. The focus is on double vowels, as we have a lot in the Dutch language. Think of: aa, ee, oo, uu. But also several double vowels, such as: au, ui, eu, ou. This remains difficult for many students. But that's why we're going to practice this! Because if you practice this well, you will soon speak the language correctly. At the end of the lesson you will receive a YouTube video from me, so that you can also practice at home.

The verbs ben and have are the most commonly used verbs. With this we form most sentences. If you master these verbs well and know when to use which, you will form beautiful sentences. This is the basis of speech and sentence structure. After the previous lessons you have a good feeling to start forming sentences with these two verbs. During this lesson we will also practice writing sentences and speaking.
