I am a student at the University of Edinburgh studying Economics. I achieved a 9 and A* (the highest grades) for English GCSE and A Level respectively. I have 1 year and bit of experience tutoring where I mainly tutored GCSE and primary school. I love teaching English as I don't take it in university anymore. My specialties lie behind literature analysis and exam prep although I am very comfortable teaching all levels. I will make the lessons tailored to your need. I am patient and kind - my aim is that you can feel that our lessons are a place where you an grow in your skill!
I am a student at the University of Edinburgh studying Economics. I am from Bolivia so I am a native Spanish speaker. I also achieved a 9 and A* in Spanish GCSE and A Level respectively (then highest grades). I am able to teach exam boards but also be a helping hand for anyone wanting to improve their Spanish speaking! It is always a joy teaching Spanish because I can also talk in my own language for a bit and share a little piece of my culture with others. Learning languages is so fun and I find the best way to become good is by prioritising speaking. We can focus on everyday useful language and conversations. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. All levels welcome!
I am a student at the University of Edinburgh studying Economics. I also achieved an A at A Level. I would be very help any student going A Level Economics. The exam board I took was AQA and so would be able to give the most knowledge there in terms of exam style answers but I can also help in terms of general basic micro and macro topics and I am sure they over lap in the exam boards. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Studying economics is fascinating and it would be my pleasure to show my love for the subject through tutoring or in any way that I can help!
I have recently been accepted into JP Morgan's spring week internship which required extensive preparation. I can give a helping hand through private coaching on CV writing, cover letters, networking, online interview prep, basic finance and macroeconomic knowledge. I have also been a part of a stock pitch competition where my stock got chosen and so I can offer insights in how to pitch, confidence and how to keep on top of research. Being a woman in a predominately male field can be daunting so I can also help build confidence around this as well! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
