Hatha Yoga is considered one of the most traditional forms of yoga. It is yoga that is the basis of all the styles of yoga that you can practice.
It is in fact the oldest and most authentic postural yoga. It is also very linked to the philosophy of yoga and not to the practice of simple postures.
Hatha Yoga is, in practice, a relatively gentle yoga that mobilizes the entire body. It combines 3 types of exercises:
- breathing exercises, called pranayama
- postural exercises, asanas
- and a final relaxation
