Methodology : I have been supporting my students towards autonomy for more than ten years. My teaching is twofold: - Understanding and acquisition of mathematical techniques, - Motivation and self-confidence in learning (pedagogical coaching). How does this materialize in practice during the lessons? - Learning by doing, which gives meaning to the theory. - Analysis of reasoning and methods. - Putting mathematical concepts into perspective: origin, real utility, link with other disciplines. - How to learn to learn? - How to find a solution? - Specific preparation for exams and competitions. Motivation and confidence come with practice, and I always act with patience, kindness and humor. At every step, I am there for the student and for his success. Contrary to popular belief, it is possible to change your outlook on mathematics and enter a virtuous circle of learning. I offer individual lessons and internships during school holidays, or upon arrival of an exam. I teach in French or in English. Summary : Investment, pragmatism and empathy with my students. Student follow-up by phone and email outside of class. Possibility, on request, to discuss with parents of students that I am.
