This coaching is for people who want to learn the most effective solutions to have a body that brings you energy, confidence and pleasure. My goal is to share the most effective information so that you can get the best results. Programs will focus on aesthetics, power, and health. Aesthetics: Weight loss and gain, muscle and body sculpting. Power: Increase in muscle mass, load and power. Adaptation to daily uses and needs. Strengthening and Improvement. Health: Improvement of endurance, techniques and exercises. Preventing the risk of injury and improving daily gestures. Well-being in body and mind. Back in shape. I adapt to everyone's needs: Intensity, goals, time commitment and above all: Envy & Motivation I create sport programs according to the person (mainly muscle strengthening, bodybuilding and cardio). I also create dietetic and nutritional programs complementary to sport. Finally, I can carry out follow-ups coaching and accompany during the sports session. We will always start with experimentation to identify your needs and desires, see your habits and programs, and then prepare the coaching.
